cancel insurance

I try to cancel my insurance with betterlife oct 2018 the person on the other side promise to e-mail me documents which was never send on 27 nov they depit R204 again i contacted them to ask what is going on.They but me true 3 different numbers last one told me i must get a release form from standard bank because they can't just cancel the insurance,they force you to have a insurance with them.I remembered the first time they phone me for a insurance the lady who help me was ruth and she forced me to open the insurance.I contacted standard bank and explain everything to them they send me something to mail this people which i am doing now why must i have 2 insurances and they tell you they work with standard bank.The only person zinhle gumede was nice on the phone.I try to claim before for my roof and they had to many stories 3 years ago.They told me bad building they don't fix that. i just want this people of my shoulders. I have a choice for insurance
