CAN NOT MANAGE TO GET MY BETTER LIFE POLICY CANCELLED

I have been trying to cancel a policy since November 2017. Despite numerous emails and calls to various departments - still no success. I have been holding on on calls which are redirected from one person to the other, until we eventually have someone saying that they will get the escalation department to contact me. No surprise that this also never happens.
