Break-in and stollen of cloths, money jewelries, bag and sneakers

I am not happy at all about the service i am getting with Bettersure insurance since i open the case on the 20 february 2024, the haven't resolve my Case...some one break-in by my house without my concern...He/She break my aluminium window and burglar, they sent two company to assess the damage, then after using lot of airtime they sent me pillar to post...there's this other consultant he is trying his best to assist me( He asked me to send proof of my belongings likely some of boxers, bags and pictures wearing some of items stollen, i even send broken money box which in side was with R3610) i exhaust all means of fight my case, as for them debiting every month claiming that they cover me 100%... i am writing this review to get help as for bettersure are not giving me the best service they promised me to deliver.
