Bettersure worst insurance ever

Worst experience ever they made a lot of promises till I accepted their quote now that i have a claim ive been waiting 14 days and not even a cal to tell whats going on with my claim so I decided to phone them after a long wait i spoke to one of their consultants Leandro he told me that they are waiting on paperwork so i asked to speak to their team leader when he told me she will phone me back the turn around time is 72 hours so after a huge argument she decided to accept my call Vensualo mkwinika told me she will escalate my complaint and they will get back to me i don’t know what the actual problem is with this company are they just trying to buy time or are there people not trained properly i have never waited this long for an outcome of a claim And i can promise you now that my claim will be turned down because of this complaint while i wait there are roofs that collapsed and walls that want to fall over ceiling that are damaged rooms that smell only to wait another 72 hours to see whether they got all their report then it wil be 17 days and I still dont know the outcome acompany like this one should rather not sell insurance I would never recommend them to anybody even if they make promises and are the cheapest rather go to trusted insurance companies
