BetterSure - Worst insurance company
Bettersure is the worst insurance company I have ever come across.
We have submitted a claim after the big thunderstorms in December 2023 and the matter has still not been resolved, almost 5 months later. No communications from there side with updates, even after the confirm they contact you by a certain date.
