BetterSure - Worst Insurance
BetterSure is the WORST insurance company that ever existed. They failed to compensate me for a lousy R4k claim. I submitted to them all the required documents and they confirmed that my claim was legitimate. When I inquire, they promise to pay me within 3 to 5 working days. They even sent me an email to confirm that. One year two months later, I am still waiting for the payment. They should change their name to WorstSure Insurance They deserve no STAR.
