Bettersure to be called Worstsure
From the 1st claim we have had issues with Bettersure Home Insurance. We have sent NUMEROUS EMAILS to their complaints department with automatic reference replies, but nobody contacts you back. The worst insurance company. We are awaiting a claim payout since July and had to ask twice to report a new claim.
