BETTERSURE: THE WORST THERE EVER WAS- STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!

I submitted my claim for my geyser with BetterSure on the 4th of July 2024, 11 days later, my claim remains hanging in the air, no decision has been made. I call in daily and I am told nothing except that a decision is still to be made and all the agents lie that they will escalate and call me back and they never do. It is winter, my family must suffer as we have no hot water. They just don't care and to add salt to the injury they have increased my premium as of 8 July 2024. Do not ever ever insure with Bettersure , they will take your money and never give you the service you deserve!!!!!
