I recently had the pleasure of working with Cheslyn from Bettersure, and I can confidently say his service was exceptional. Not only did he more than halve the monthly installment amount that had been offered by another insurer, but the benefits provided were even more comprehensive. Cheslyn was highly engaging throughout our conversations, chatting freely with me even when I got sidetracked, and spoke freely with me about various topics, which really put me at ease, while we processed the data, making it more like "friends just catching up."

I had what felt like half a million questions for Cheslyn—ranging from benefits and waiting periods to what qualifies as pre-existing conditions (questions the consultant from the other insurer almost refused to answer, instead telling me "just read your policy"). Bettersure will not only pay off the entire outstanding bond amount but will also return the amount already paid on the bond as a lump sum to my family.
