BetterSure on WorsForSure!!

After my initial review of BetterSure, please allow me to give you all feedback on the worst insurer!! After a back a forth due to my claim, I was offered a settlement for the claim on 8 March 2021. I immediately signed it and returned it. After phoning them twice weekly from this date and being told that the payment is loaded and will be processed, I to date have not received a sent. You phone the company that seems to be part or OldMutual just to get promised a call back, this will never happen, please don’t hold you breath. How can an insurance company get away with such poor, no I must say no service? After today's call there excuses is now that they have a problem to make payments to the bank I have an account with, and this has been a problem for some time, but please be patient we will resolve soon. If it was not such a sad state I will probably be laughing. It seems like something out of a comedy series.
