Bettersure never stops deductions

I bought a house through FNB that I sold in 2017 and since then Bettersure has been deducting life insurance from me *******ly since then and no matter the phonecalls and a letter from FNB saying the account is closed and my recent attempts at again getting them to stop they are still deducting. Its over R12k of ******* deductions now and I am fed up. I can not recommend them. In fact I would recommend you never deal with them at all. They have no call centre that can help and contacting them is near impossible. They do not answer on emails nor do they ever stop once they have your account.
