Bettersure my worse nightmare

Am so frustrated N disappointed in ths bettersure insurance, iv been sent from pillar to post for almost 2 months, I have a house contents insurance that covers R50000, on the 21 June 2021 they broke into my house N took some staff I reported the matter N even contacted my insurance, they sent an inspector N they never got back to me I chased them from that day till today they have been telling me stories. 1. First story was I dnt have home contents insurance them boom they apologized 2. They say the person helping me in not around 3. My matter. Is taken to head office 4. I was under insured as the inspector say I have contents over 150 mind you he didn't even come inside the whole house he jst went to the sittingroom.

So when I asked for prove that my home contents where worth R150 000 no one answered me.

Till today am still waiting and. They are still talking that money every month
