Bettersure Is the worst insurer in the market.

On the 14th of April 2025, I called better sure to lodge a claim for a leaking pipe in the ceiling which is damage the ceiling.

They sent two service providers to assess the damages and later was told that the leak waa due to broken tiles in the roof. The one service provider mentioned that the leak comes from a Pvc coupling in the ceiling as it is continuously dripping on the ceiling and failure to take action immediately will result in the ceiling to collapse.

Since the service provider did the assessment, I have been calling to get an update as to when the repaires will be done but all I get is that the claim is being validated.

It is almost a month later and yet no feedback is given.

Bettersure are the worst insurer I have ever came across, they are too quick to deduct the premium but to slow to respond in the hour of need.

This is my second claim with them since 2021 and on all occasions, I have been treated very poorly.

I won't advise anyone to use bettersure as a trusted insurer as they will leave you high and dry.

I will be looking for quotes for new insurance as bettersure has failed me tremendously.
