Bettersure Insurance- unsatisfied!!!!

We have been struggling with Bettersure for more than a month now to sort out a claim that we handed in with them for ONE aircon. We have been phoning them, sometime twice a day, sending them mails - no luck. Every time you speak to one of the consultants they promise to phone you back and get the matter sorted out, no one phones back and nothing get sorted out. The service providers that they used in this matter is absolutely useless......we had to phone Bettersure all the time just to get a report out of these people. I will never ever recommend them to anyone
