Bettersure is the worce insurance EVER!!! Imagine 7months for a burglary claim, they never communicate whatsoever, me as a client had to phone constintly to follow up.Theu requested proof of ownership(Receipts/Banking statement) Imagine of Goods that were wedding presents and goods that is way older then 5 years.I phoped bettersure and informed them of same as previously also, so the Team Leader said photos of the ****** Goods will suffice!!!!! GHA se gat! They requesting receipts and banking statements again.

So do yourself a favour and stay TF away from them, untrained, unproffessional agents everyone have their own story to tell this one says this the other that. Be warned if you are a client pak jou goedtjies en trek vererig, if you consider becoming one Oeh Jiri dumbest mistake ever! Stay away Bettersure is patetic!!!
