Bettersure Insurance Claim

We have been having problems getting a claim approved for more than 2 days. They frustrated the hell out of me and my wife, they flatly refused to get us to speak to a manager and the claims consultant refused to talk to us. I tried one last time and got hold of a young lady called Busisiwe Dube. Within 15 minutes she got back to me and informed that the claim will be settled and I will receive an email overnight or early this morning with the settlement details. She was so pleasant and efficient and totally different from the rest of the call Centre staff we spoke to.... Well done Busisiwe 👌🏾👍🏽 Thank you again... Let us hope you stick to your word now👀.
