Bettersure Insurance

This is the worst company I have ever worked with. Took a month to "assess" a claim. Gives no feedback. Ignores calls an emails. Use contractors that are more than 100km away from my residence and refuse to get back to me in looking into my claim. Put children in danger because of a blown down barrier wall, with their refusal to assess the claim. Contractor to assess the damage took 2 weeks to get here. And now just ignorance
