Bettersure home insurance worst experience

My house is pouring with water after a storm. Logged a claim to repair more than a month ago, still haven't received any formal feedback. I've called them on Monday just to be told the assessment was found to be due to poor maintenance which is not true. Living in my house for 5 months which I had many rainy days, never had any issues until it was storming. It got worse and water is pouring over my DB Box. I will hold them entirely liable should my house burn down. I will take this to social media
