Exceptionally poor customer service. Experienced hail damage on 13 November 2023 and it is now almost 3 months with no resolution. During this period 2 service providers were sent out to assess the property and they both are not equipped to undertake repairs to all the damages sustained. Very *********** consultants that are always not available to take or return calls. Message left for manager of the claims department to contact me to no avail. Totally unacceptable for clients to receive such pathetic customer service and delays in resolving claims.
