I would like to appreciate for the service i got from Thato Chauke, she is the best and we need people like her who has heart of helping people. My Tv got damaged when i was mounting on the wall on 31st and called Bettersure claim department for over a month no help and i was referred to Thato Chauke on Monday the 5th Februay 2024 and she attend to the matter A.S.A.P and got the claim forms on the same. After 3 working days got my claim and everything was sorted within a week. From the bottom of my heart i appreciate the help/service i got from Thato Chauke, sister thank you so much without you i could have still spending more money on buying airtime calling the claim department but for you it was just one phone call.
