Bettersure dont comunicate

Bettersure consultants dont respond to emails. We contacted the assessor they sent out in hopes of getting contact details of some that might help. The assessor is getting no respons from them. The assessor said he has 6 othe clients hes battling to get requested information for, all are Bettersure clients. You have to ask your self, if someone who works with Bettersure is battling to get anything from them, what are your chances as a customer.
