Bettersure did not pay
Extremely disappointed. They said I'd only pay for a leaking geyser if it was burst and not under warranty. Problem was with the element, it was broken. They didn't pay a cent towards the replacement and labour, only paid call out fee. I regret joining them, I'm so disappointed and angry. I can't even get an explanation because every time I call them I'm being sent from pillar to post
