The worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. Take your monthly levies but fail to resolve your claim for four months. Have to phone into a call center with your claim number and tell you story every time, empty promises are made of phoning which never happens. Please think twice before paying your hard-earned money to Bettersure , rather look for an alternative service provider.
