BetterSure claim is not being paid out, despite my compliance.
I have a better life insurance plan that is administrated by IUA. I claimed for retrenchment cover and have been taken from post to pillar as they refuse to process my claim. BetterSure, tell me why I should continue paying for this product when you cannot fulfil your end of the deal and the relief I require when I need it most?
