BetterSure - Burst Geyser takes long to get sorted.

I had the unfortunate experience of a burst geyser today 14 December 2023 (within the week my new house was registered in my name). Been trying from 08:19 this morning to get BetterSure to send a consultant to fix the geyser. It is now 13:10 and they have still not allocated someone to the job.
