BETTERSURE BAD CUSTORMER SERVICE
Bettersure bad customer service, refusing/delaying to pay my claim after retrenchment. I took this insurance with the hope that they will assist me during time like this instead I am having nightmares trying to get them to approve my claim.

We have been in constant communication with you during the process of your claim.
Whilst assessing the claim some important information came to our attention which we had to clarify before finalising the claim.
Every claim is being dealt with on its unique circumstances, which was also done in your case.
We again confirm that the deferred period of your claim was changed, and the reason for the change was communicated to you in writing.
