BetterLife opened a policy without my consent

We used Better Bond as our bond originators. Somewhere between the bond being approve and the current date, better life took out a home owners insurance without our knowledge. We DID NOT agree to this and as a result our money has effectively been ******. I am disgusted by better bond that they would maintain this type of practice.
