Betterlife Group companies are a ****
Be vary wary of buying policies from this company Group.
I was sold a policy over the phone 2013. Since January 2020 I've been trying to claim on this policy. The only response is. We waiting for the insurer to respond. We will get back to you... It's been 4 moths no feedback.
It was all nice when you were taking my money, and now you must step in you seek excuses not to facilitate a pay out.
