Betterlife doesnt want to cancel my policy

Hi, Betterlife does not want to cancel my Policy that i did not agree on, now in order to cancel a lady said i need to send them proof that i have life cover. What does my additional life cover have to do with betterlife!Please just cancel this **** policy!
