Betterbond, more like worstbond

We logged a claim 18days ago for a leak detection. The service provider "Melusi B Magagula Construction and Trading" came out for inspection and said that they will only return only if we pay the excess first. To expedite the matter we did not question this and paid the excess. One can clearly hear the water running and when all taps are closed the meter is running. Their fix was replacing a tap that was dripping. I said that this is not the issue as there is a double wall and there is a pipe running in the middle. They came back, I showed theme were to enter the wall and they decided to break open a different section hitting an existing pipe and they fixed the one they broken they also lifted paving outside the house and just dumped the soil back in the hole without fixing the paving.

The owner of "Melusi B Magagula Construction and Trading" comes to the site screams at his employee, I tried to have a conversation with him on the matter and he just ignores me and spins out of my driveway,

18days later, the matter is still not resolved and the water is running who is paying that bill??? I requested a different service provider after this fiasco of a performance from "Melusi B Magagula Construction and Trading" and pure unprofessional, but they insist on them!

Its sad that we have been paying our premium consistently and cant have a simple issue like this resolved and we just need to shut up and wait while the water bill is increasing!!
