BETTER SURE !!what?????

The incompetence of the staff at Better Sure with regards to a claim for kitchen laminate flooring left me thinking!! I have made numerous calls (to be exact ten consultants) and to this day none can give a proper directive with regards to the claim. I have made lengthy phone calls and keep getting asked whats the complaint every time I called to follow up.I have been promised for a month that the matter is being finalized but nobody bothers to come back with an answer in the affirmative.I demand a call from the director of this company to help resolve same as the staff employed haven't a CLUE on how to handle a simple claim. FED UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
