Better Sure only career about premiums

I had confidence in your service when I signed up for the bond. However, I am extremely disappointed with your response to claims. How the hack does a claim take 5 months to process? I have been contacting your office via email and telephone without success. The last time I contacted you I was told that the contractor whose supposed to fix my house has not submitted all the documentation. Why are you working with shoddy contractors who don't even comply with your minimum requirements? You continue to debit my bank account for monthly premiums but don't care about my claim. Your service sucks.
