Better sure has not responded to my call logged 4 days ago
Horrible experience.the company do not keep to their SLA, you have to phone more than 3 times for someone to be ent out but there very good at taking out money from the account every month

22 Apr 2024, 13:21I have just received a call from better sure, it’s the complaint agent, I was so excited to be helped! But my excitement was short lived when the complaints agent couldn’t get hold of the senior claim agent. Now the wait game continues as myself and the complaints agent try to track down the claims agents :(
