BETTER STAY AWAY FROM BETTERSURE !!!!!!!!!!!

Shocking service !! Been battling 4 weeks to resolve my claim. Each time you phone you speak to another person. Documents are being submitted over and over and each time you have to start from scratch. Staff is useless and confused have no clue what to do. Not to mention their service providers IF they pitch for the appointments. Unprofessional don't even have their own tools. My basic human right to have water have been taken away from me due to useless service from Bettersure for 3 weeks. BETTER STAY AWAY FROM BETTER SURE !!!!!!!!!!
