Better NOT SURE. USELESS COMPANY, NO SERVICE PROVIDED. JUST EXCUSES.

Very Poor Service, and Service providers. I lodged a claim for a ceiling that was about to Collapse, they sent out a service provider that spent 2 minutes taking photos then left, 2 hours later the ceiling collapsed ! The claim was approved on "Accidental" and then 24 hours later cancelled ! They can't decide if it's poor workmanship/Accidental or because the electricians were on site at the time. Claim denied ! Second claim - blocked drain, "home assist" BS.. was told the Plumber would attend 3 hours later, NOTHING. Got a call 3 days later to say that they would come out to Assist with my GEYSER ?? (EASY GROUP PLUMBING) what a load of bull. Stick to Outsurance people.
