Better Bond Life Insurance- Dishonesty, Lack Of Communication & NO Benefit To The Customer.

Better Bond Insurance, through my experience were welcoming and eager to bring me on board...... BEWARE!!!!!

If you experience any issues or look at cancelling your agreement, they will push you from pillar to post, transferring you from one person to another who has no real interest in helping you! Once you enter into and agreement with them, you are bound by lock and chain. Your account will continue to be debited no matter how hard you try or how many times you have been through the cancelation channels. I took out insurance for my home loan, and the property has been sold over a year ago and I have not been successful in cancelling this insurance policy, despite many attempts including phone calls, letters and email correspondence.

This company does not honour their word, toppled with *********** staff, it has left an extremely bitter taste in my mouth!I would not recommend me their service to anyone. I urge anybody seeking to do business with them to seriously consider the long term ramifications of having their bank account drained due to incompetence and the lack communication from the company. Please understand that when they’ll no longer make money from you again, and have lost your business, they will provide you with little to no communication, in order to drag the issue out for as long as possible so as to keep swindling you of your hard earned money.

I still continue and endeavour to have this issue dealt with...... HEED THIS ADVICE!!
