Better be sure before you sure get bitter

If I could no star this company I would. Myself among others have found this company's work ethic lacking drastically! They do not follow up on claims, calls, don't respond to emails and quickly respond when there is a money concern and they do not live up to the promises. They quickly hop in when you purchasing a new home to get you on board then cannot commit themselves to all they promise. A diamond in the distance but glass up lose. I have cancelled my contract with the on the 31st August and to date after triple checking that the email was delivered.... Surely it was, I still have no response and had to email again to query as to why I still haven't received a reaponse.
