Bad service from the builder

Bad service from their service provider my gyser was liking which affects the walls and tiles plumber was sent to fix the pipes and later the builder was sent to finish out the job were we fought a lot with him instead o fixing all the walls and the tiles for the whole room he only replace 4 tiles as I am talking now the other tiles are coming out as the water damaged the tiles and he says that's what the insurance indicate to be fixed after paying access for R3000 I am still suffering my bedroom is ruined now and the other wall the paint is coming out
