Bad service from Bettersure insurance

I bought a home in early 2022 insured with Bettersure.. in late Nov/Dec my house was broken into furniture was ******, some to them they sent a service provider to fix the burglar door and the 2 doors that were broken, since then I have been waiting for them to replace my ****** furniture,it’s 2024 now, I call them every month after bn put on hold for a good 20-30 min…they keep telling me they will call me back with feedback. This is very frustrating cos now I had to replace all the ****** furniture whilst m paying for home content insurance every month without fail
