Bad service from Bettersure

I received pathetic service from Bettersure. My house is insured with them. We had a huge hail storm, which resulted in damages on the walls and the ceiling in one room collapsed. A few days after the hail storm, we had another huge storm, but nothing leaked again, so the damage was definitely due to the large and fast amount of hail. It took them 2 months to let me know that they reject my claim due to the watermarks on the walls - no maintenance???? The watermarks happened during the hail storm. No waterproofing? What type of waterproofing? My roof didn't leak at all, only after the hail. Think twice before insuring your property with them.
