Bad service from BetterLife Housing Insurance
Was retrenched 11 September 2019. Flat bond is at Standard Bank and Insurance at Betterlife. Retrenchment is one of the Insurance. Send in all the documents they want on 2/11/2019. They informed us they received it. Did not hear anything. Send an email on 28/02/2020 and ask if there is any news regarding our claim. Get an message today "Claim documents for your life Policy MP*** are still outstanding"
