Bad service
Very bad!!! We lock a claim on 18th March on 22 March we deside to do the cash back we complete all documents sent back weekly we follow up and yes nothing empty promises we been inform on last week with email payment will be done on 24-48 still nothing yesterday we follow up again and yes no one talk the same very unprofessional staff not well trained according to me!! We been with bettersure as from 2019 never claim and now we have this issue we never miss a payment on our insurance!! I ask myself what if my geyser burst how long for fixing?? We can't rely on bettersure they the worst insurance company what I deal in my lifetime!! They don't keep their promises as insurance and very unprofessional!!

05 Apr 2022, 16:24No solution need still unprofessional staff what can be so difficult to payed out a claim they keep coming with exuses we so unhappy with bettersure won't recommend Bettersure as insurance they not what they promise!!

07 Apr 2022, 17:28Bettersure is pathetic after my first Hellopeter Bettersure make contact with me and with my husband regarding payment we received 2 emails confirming payment was made and they will follow up!! We'll one day later no payment, no follow up so my husband call and ask what is happening and yes payment is apperantly made today my goodness they don't now what is going on the Staff is talking against each other they really don't now what is going on at bettersure!! 3years off money down the drain is BETTERSURE MAYBE IN DEBT OR BANKRUPT??? PLEASE BE CAREFUL BETTERSURE IS NOT A TRUST WORTHY I HAVE PROOF OFF EMAILS FROM TWO PEOPLE SAYING PAYMENT WAS DONE AND BEST IF WE WANT TO TALK TO A MANGER THEY NOT AVAILABLE THE CONSOLTANS ARE NOT PROPER TRAINED THE LAND LINE NUMBER ON ONE OFF THE LADIES IS FALSE IF YOU CONTACT THE NUMBER A DIFFERENT COMPANY IS ASWER!! NOW I ASK MY SELF IS THIS COMPANY REALY PROFESSIONAL
