Bad service
Yesterday it was 3 weeks that both my geysers burst. One is fixed the other one not. My bedroom ceiling got the worst of and the builder said I must not sleep there he is scared the ceiling is going to fall. And the carpet smells so bad I can’t sleep there. I have phoned numerous times and the only response I get is the internal assessor will contact me. It’s been 3 weeks I really want my bedroom back
