Bad service

I have a household conteny with Bettersure, they broke into my home 3weeks ago , i have not heard anything from bettersure regarding my claim , I keep sending them emails all the donis apologies but they not doing anything to make sure my claim is proccessed and I pay my premiums every month have not defaulted not even once , I am really not happy with their service and very disappointed
