I'm so disappointed in Bettersure.Imagine losing your income due to illness,struggling with serious health issues, add Bettersure's absolute disregard to claims!We've paid our monthly premiums diligently every single month,now that we want to claim they don't give feedback,consultants never get back to you,phone calls get dropped wasting my minutes.All we want is to know what's happening with our claim,but NOTHING, NADA! If I knew then what I know now,I would've never signed up with you!!
