Bad experience and unpaid claim

I regret insuring my house and cellphone with BetterSure Insurance. If anybody has a better insurance, kindly let me know. I’ve been struggling for the past 2 weeks with a cellphone claim. Consultants promised that the claim would be final in 24hrs but every time I call they want an additional document. I asked them to send me a list of Documents needed at once but they failed. I have their names including Team Leaders and if I’m allowed, I will re-write with all their names and individual flaws and lies making my claim harder than anticipated. This is a terrible experience!! They even lie and say they called me back and they don’t call back! Allow me to mention names and experiences. They’re professionally trained to lie to customers Win!
