Bad and poor service. Don't take insurance with them

Caution ⚠️. Stay away from Bettersure Financial Consultant. Been with them for more than year now and still with them. But considering to jump ship. They reject claims without furnishing you with written reasons. Staff is competent, they dont answer your emails or return your calls. They take more than a month to respond if they do. Sent emails. Made calls. Stay away from this **** insurance. Don't waste your money and time with them run for your heels. Outsurance is always the best. I used them before. Cheap is not always a better option.
