Bad and delayed services

BetterSure is the worst nightmare that is quicker to debit but it makes one’s life a living hell at their most time of need!!! When you buy a house and hear BetterSure, Run! I have almost a month waiting for a claim to be paid! They took long to assist me with claiming and now they always state that money was released and everytime I check, they say they will check with back office! I am fed up with this insurance. Too bad for my monthly instalments!
