The service that i received from Bettersure Home owners insurance are so so poor, i will never recommend anyone, i regret the day that i took out Life and Home Owners insurance. Logged a claim in Feb with no success and there are so many stories now from their side, ,I dealt with Mbali, they never even come back to you regarding claims you as a customer must call them, If you dont call you wont know the progress. VERY POOR SERVICE!!!!
