Almost a year and still my claim is not resolved

t: I am very disappointed at how my claim has been handled. your response on the 2 October 2024, said you will attend to my request as soon as possible, within 48 hour. It is now a full month and I still don't have any correspondence from you. What's worse is when I call, my calls do not go through. this claim (BSH***1) is almost a full year now, can I please receive the service that I'm paying for.
